 is a bluish-black base with very fine, multi-colored micro-shimmer. It provides good color payoff in a single layer. Add a second layer to obtain that intensity. The consistency is smooth, lightly creamy without being prone to moving around which makes it comfortable to apply. It stays on  for over 10 hours with very minimal fading/thinning over time.
